Ordering Help

Due to the difference of computers and web browser settings, some of you may experience difficulties when ordering our Books, Dogtag Sets, and Magnets. We carry these three items in-house, so we use a different shopping cart (via Paypal) then we use for t-shirts, bumperstickers, and other products from Cafepress, because they use their own system.

If you have problems ordering Books, Dogtag Sets, or Magnets, please DO NOT call the toll-free Cafepress phone number listed on this site, since these products do not come from Cafepress. What you can do is follow the steps below to order directly through Paypal.

How to order Half My Heart products directly from Paypal (only for ordering books, magnets and dogtags. For ordering clothes and bumperstickers, call Cafepress tollfree at 1-877-809-1659):

1. Visit Paypal: http://www.paypal.com
2. Log in to your account, or sign up for an account, it's easy.
3. Click the "Send Money" tab at the top.
4. Put sales@halfmyheart.com in the Recipient's Email box, the amount, currency is dollars, category of purchase is goods, add your email address, and in the note box add your product details/quantities and your shipping address. Make sure you have a valid return email address listed on your Paypal account. Hit continue button.
5. Then hit the send money button.
